Instagram has a new icon, and design

Instagram has redesigned its app icon to be more colourful and vibrant. The new icon shows a simpler camera, while the rainbow is used as as a gradient in the background. In its blog post, the company stated that the new look “reflects how vibrant and diverse your storytelling has become.” In addition, the company also changed the logo for its Layout, Boomerang and Hyperlapse apps.

Asus launches four new gaming motherboards

Taiwan-based computer hardware company ASUS and Republic of Gamers (ROG) on Wednesday launched four new motherboards that provide advanced customization flexibility to achieve extreme performance. The four new Advanced Technology eXtended (ATX) motherboards are ASUS Signature X99-Deluxe II, X99-A II, X99-E and ROG Strix X99 Gaming from its ROG Strix Series line-up. These are based on the Intel X99 chipset and loaded with exclusive technologies to maximize the potential of the new Intel Core i7 processor family for socket LGA 2011-v3.
